Vendor Requirements
REQUIRED
Curated Vendors: Only women-owned or female-led businesses (products, food, lifestyle, wellness).
Impact Twist: Each vendor shares a short “her story” card at their booth — so guests shop with meaning and connection in mind.
Interactive Element: Each vendor must bring an interactive element (a demo, taste test, mini-service, game, or activation). If you need help with ideas, please contact us! We are here to help!
RECOMMENDED
Entrance Gift: First 50 attendees will receive a swag bag. It is not mandatory to contribute but our community is built on collaboration and we highly encourage vendors to contribute a coupon, sample, etc)
Gift Basket Prizes: Shoppers earn stamps for visiting booths, completed passports go into a prize draw for a gift basket filled with women-owned products.
